If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Cancellations

 

If you change your mind about your order, you are able to cancel it prior to dispatch. To do so, please contact us at info@albion-oils.co.uk

If you change your mind about your order, and your goods have been already dispatched and/or delivered, you have 14 days, since the delivery day, to return it. If you would like to do so, please contact us at info@albion-oils.co.uk. Upon returning your order, we will refund you within 10 working days. Please remember, if you changed your mind and requested a cancellation/return after your order has been dispatched, we will deduct the cost of returning the order to us from your refund.

If your order has been delivered, and your goods were found to be faulty and/or damaged, you have 30 days, since the delivery day, to return the goods. To do so, please contact us at info@albion-oils.co.uk. Upon returning your order, we will refund you within 10 working days. 

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@albion-oils.co.uk.

We reserve the right to deduct a fee from your refund, if the returned items have been used or damaged.
